Logic Models or Theories of Change 
Develop or update your logic model with our friendly team. We will partner with you to create a graphic depiction of the relationship between your intervention activities and its effects. 

Evaluation plans 
Develop plans to analyze program processes (including fidelity, implementation, program adaptations) and outcomes (including objectives, usability, acceptability) by partnering with us to create evaluation questions, methods, and a timeline.  

Data collection, entry, cleaning, management, and storage 
Collect, manage, and store the data you need with methods and tools we create with you. We also offer technical assistance and training for your staff in the development and use of online data collection survey tools and other methods. 

Data analysis
Collect and/or analyze your qualitative and quantitative data. We partner with you to determine the best method of answering your research questions. We speak SPSS, R, STATA, NVivo, and more.

Summary of findings 
Impress your external audiences with attractive summaries of your evaluation fundings. You choose the format (fact sheet, multi-page report, etc.) and our team creates a user-friendly deliverable.

Grant writing and evaluation
Outsource the work of compiling your proposal and/or evaluating the funded programming. We help with logic models, data collection and analysis plans, sample size calculations, evaluation budget, and more. 

Evaluation capacity building
Sustain your current evaluation efforts by building your program staff’s evaluation capacity. We help you consider your data, and find sustainable ways to collect, manage and analyze new sets and sources.  

Program evaluation training
Learn the basics of process evaluation, outcome evaluation, and evaluation instruments, and create a plan for your own organization to use these tools in your specific settings.
